Construction Concepts completed the build-out of Ume Sushi in Houston’s Heights neighborhood at 2802 White Oak Drive, transforming a former Barnaby’s space into a sleek, modern sushi destination. Designed by chef-owner Chris Kinjo, the 3,000-square-foot venue features a bar area with a communal Hinoki wood slab table, a main dining room overlooking an open kitchen and sushi bar, and distinctive plum blossom chandeliers suspended above the dining area.
